NB.Bulkier/heavier items, such as coats, may sometimes be charged with a higher shipping rate than smaller items so as to cover our courier costs. All shipping rates will be shown before you complete payment.

*We AIM to deliver your parcel in the time specified, but this cannot be guaranteed.

STANDARD DELIVERY

We generally send Standard UK Delivery parcels on Royal Mail service, however on occasions may send with another courier service. For parcels weighing more than 2kg, we may send your order in more than one package.

Our delivery aim for Standard Delivery is 3-5 working days, but please note that this is only an aim and is not an assured delivery by a certain date. We ensure your order is dispatched within a timeframe to meet Royal Mail delivery guidelines, and cannot take any responsibility for any delays that are outside of our control, e.g. courier delays, delays due to weather conditions. Please note that we cannot issue any refunds on parcels which have not arrived within the timeframe until Royal Mail have declared the parcel as lost.

If you have ordered to your home/work address, please ensure there will be someone at the address to accept the delivery.

If you need to enquire about the whereabouts of your parcel, please allow the estimated delivery time to elapse before contacting us, unless of course you have an issue with your order.

NEXT WORKING DAY DELIVERY 

At this current time, we do not offer this service.  If you would like to have your order(s) delivered at a faster rate, please reach out to info@dondacycling.com and we can arrange something.

Please Note: Next Working Day Delivery is only available on orders placed before 3pm, Monday-Friday, excluding Bank Holidays. Orders placed after this cut off time will be dispatched the next working day. See the table below for details of when to expect your delivery.

*If the delivery or dispatch day specified is a Bank Holiday, then please allow a further 24 hours for your parcel to arrive.

If you have ordered to your home/work address, please ensure there will be someone at the address to accept the delivery. If you have ordered to a HubBox address, please ensure you collect our parcel within 14 days.

If you need to enquire about the whereabouts of your parcel, please allow the estimated delivery time to elapse before contacting us, unless of course you have an issue with your order.

Please note we will not be responsible for any costs incurred (i.e Taxes) when shipping outside of the Mainland UK

RETURNS

We offer the opportunity to return our products if you are not 100% happy with your purchase. You have 14 days from the day you received the product to return any unused items for refund or exchange.

All items must be unworn and unwashed in saleable condition in original packaging with original tags in place. Once your return/exchange request is approved, please send back the merchandise in the same condition as when it was delivered. Please ensure all items are well packed and protected in transit.

Whilst we try to keep the costs of our products low, we ask for you to pay for any deliveries or returns. 

Please email us at info@dondacycling.com  to start the return process. Include the order number in your email for all refunds or exchanges and we will promptly send return instructions. All returns must be shipped within 1 week of approval.

Once we have received the goods and they have been inspected we will process a refund to the original form of payment or send the requested exchange item.

DISCOUNT CODES & VOUCHERS

If a discount was applied to your original order, the amount refunded will be adjusted to allow for the revised order value and appropriate discount level.

We reserve the right not to refund you if you return items to us outside the terms of our Returns Policy, as such these items may be returned to you at your expense. You will be notified of the applicable charges. If you send the item back to us again, or refuse to accept delivery, this will be deemed to be irreversible authority for us to dispose of your goods without further notice. Disposal will not constitute any admission on our part that we have failed in any way to honour our obligations to you in full and will not constitute any unlawful action against the goods. 

If there is a cost incurred for us to receive the return, please not that this will be taken off the total refundable amount.  This might include import taxes for returning outside of Europe

This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
